Sanitation & Janitorial Jobs in Blue Island, IL
Staffing Inc. is looking for dedicated and meticulous individuals to join our team in Blue Island, IL as Sanitation & Janitorial staff. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our facilities in accordance with established standards.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing floors, walls, and furniture.
- Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens, and other areas as required.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request for replenishment as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and protocols when handling cleaning chemicals.
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
- Assist with setting up for events and meetings.
Job Details:
- Part-Time/Full-Time
- $14 - $18 an hour
