Administrative & Clerical Jobs in Hammond, IN
Staffing Inc. is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join in Hammond, IN as an Administrative and Clerical Staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently with little or no supervision.
What You’ll Do:
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule appointments
- Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Provide general support to visitors
- Perform other related duties as assigned

- Part-Time/Full-Time
- $14 - $18 an hour
