Line Production Jobs in Chicago, IL
Staffing Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team in Chicago, IL as a Line Production Worker. This position involves working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the timely and efficient production of goods or services.
What You’ll Do:
- Overseeing the production line and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standards
- Coordinating with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication
- Identifying areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
- Maintaining a safe and organized work environment
- Training new employees and monitoring their progress
- Keeping accurate records of production schedules, inventory, and quality control
