Staffing Inc. is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Hammond, IN. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Document all testing and inspection results accurately and in a timely manner.
- Work with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to improve overall product quality and efficiency.
- Conduct training sessions for production teams on quality control procedures and best practices.
